Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund and Cancellation Policy of TeamDog.pet.
TeamDog.pet does not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving your subscription details or logging in to your account.
When purchasing memberships and courses on TeamDog.pet, you are purchasing a subscription that will renew yearly or monthly depending on the membership you chose. You will be charged either a year from the time you signed up or monthly for the subscription. Please email info@TeamDog.pet or contact us to cancel your subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the recurring charge, TeamDog.pet cannot refund your membership.
Cancelling Your Account
In order to cancel your account and any future charges, all cancellations need to be done by emailing info@TeamDog.pet or filling out the contact form to cancel your account.
All accounts are on a subscription and need to be cancelled to stop recurring payments. Non-use of the account does not stop charges.
