Neil has had dogs his entire adult life, but after watching a K9 decoy/helper work a dog, he found his passion. He was fascinated by the capabilities of working dogs and began to learn the art of decoy work, handling dogs, training dogs, and attending varying seminars including apprehension and detection work. His passion was working dogs for sport, police, or military dogs. He loved the problem-solving and behavior modification aspect of training. Circa 2019 he crossed paths with Mike Ritland and soon became the Kennel Master for the Warrior Dog Foundation. Here he gained invaluable experience rehabilitating very difficult dogs using the Team Dog Training Methods. This experience led Neil to become the training manager for Team Dog Actual, a service to dog owners looking for in-person training.
In addition, Neil became the Kennel Master for the Warrior Dog Foundation where he gained invaluable experience rehabilitating some very difficult/dangerous dogs using the Team Dog Training Program.
